When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 12 business hours to confirm your address and to schedule your delivery. Please make sure you have a valid phone number listed on your account. If we are unable to reach you on the first try, we will attempt too reach you a second time. If our second attempt fails, we will send you an email with further instructions.
Why do large items take so long to ship?

Why don't you ship to my area?
If you fall under a remote location, we may struggle to get your order to you. To confirm if we deliver to your area, please send us an email.
What courier services do you use?
We use various couriers depending on the items being delivered, and your location. We will confirm your specific courier in your final order confirmation, and supply you with their contact details and the waybill or tracking number for your package.
